Relationships Between Ultrasound-Related Imaging Signs and Lymph Node Metastasis in the Diagnosis of Patients with Thyroid Cancer
Objective To analyze the relationships between ultrasound-related signs and lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer. Methods According to the results of surgical pathology,88 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the metastasis group and the non-metastasis group. The ultrasound imaging signs of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors for the occurrence of lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer were analyzed. Results The proportions of tumor diameter≥1.5 cm,internal calcification of lymph nodes and blood supply grade>1 in the metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-metastasis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that tumor diameter, blood supply grade and internal calcification of lymph nodes were independent risk factors for the occurrence of lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound imaging signs including tumor diameter, blood supply grade and internal calcification of lymph nodes can evaluate the risk of lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer.
