Observation on the Clinical Effect of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium Combined with Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods 80 patients with CAP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium, and the observation group was treated with alveolar lavage on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the disappearance time of cough, expectoration, lung rale and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of PaO2,PaCO2 and SO2 were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with alveolar lavage can relieve the pulmonary inflammatory response and improve blood gas indicators of patients with CAP.
