Impact of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Skin Barrier Function of Patients with Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis
Objective To analyze the effect of moist exposed burn ointment combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods 90 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment, and the combined group was treated with moist exposed burn ointment on the basis of the control group. The inflammatory factors, skin barrier function and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the cuticle water content, oil content and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Moist exposed burn ointment combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis has significant effect, which can inhibit the inflammatory response of patients and repair their skin barrier function.
