加味参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨加味参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床效果.方法 84例气阴两虚型DN患者随机分为两组各 42 例.除基础治疗外,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,研究组给予加味参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、血糖水平、肾功能.结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为 95.24%,明显高于对照组的 78.57%(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的FBP、2hPG、Scr、BUN水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 加味参芪地黄汤用于治疗气阴两虚型DN可明显提升临床效果,降低患者的血糖水平,改善患者的肾功能.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)of Qi and Yin deficiency type.Methods 84 patients with DN of Qi and Yin deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.In addition to basic treatment,the control group was treated with valsartan,and the study group was treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with valsartan.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBP,2hPG,Scr and BUN in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction in the treatment of DN of Qi and Yin deficiency type can obviously improve clinical effect,reduce the blood glucose levels and improve the renal function of patients.
