吸入性糖皮质激素治疗嗜酸性粒细胞增高慢阻肺急性加重期患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨吸入性糖皮质激素治疗嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)增高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床效果.方法 76 例EOS增高AECOPD患者根据治疗药物的不同分为两组,对照组给予吸入用盐酸左沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、炎性指标以及不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,CRP水平及EOS计数百分比均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 吸入性糖皮质激素治疗EOS增高AECOPD患者的效果显著,安全性高,可明显减轻患者的炎性反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with increased eosinophils(EOS).Methods 76 cases of AECOPD patients with increased EOS were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic drugs.The control group was treated with atomization inhalation of levosartan hydrochloride solution for inhalation,and the observation group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension.The therapeutic effects,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CRP level and EOS count percentage were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of AECOPD patients with increased EOS has significant effect and high safety,and can obviously relieve the inflammatory response of patients.
