Clinical Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel Combined with Cryotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods 80 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were divided into two groups according to different treatment options. The control group was treated with cryotherapy, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with cryotherapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the HPV viral load and serum hs-CRP level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the HPV negative conversion rate was higher than that in the control group, and the HPV recurrence rate and cervicitis recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection can significantly improve the HPV negative conversion rate, and reduce HPV viral load, serum hs-CRP level,HPV recurrence rate and cervicitis recurrence rate.
