舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标及认知功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的效果.方法 72 例ACI患者随机分为两组,参照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组给予奥扎格雷钠+舒血宁注射液治疗,比较两组的临床效果.结果 治疗 14d后,观察组的FIB、D-D、血液黏度水平均低于参照组,MoCA评分高于参照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗ACI患者可有效调节血液流变学指标,提高认知功能,且安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 72 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with sodium ozagrel,and the observation group was treated with sodium ozagrel+Shuxuening injection.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the levels of FIB,D-D and blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the MoCA score was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Shuxuening injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of ACI patients can effectively regulate hemorheology indicators and improve cognitive function,with high safety.
