Impact of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Combined with Adenosylmethionine on the Improvement of Clinical Symptoms,Liver Func-tion and Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods 66 patients with ICP were divided into two groups according to different medication methods. The single group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid, and the combined group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of jaundice and disappearance time of pruritus in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group, and the levels of ALT,AST and TBA after treatment, and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine can obviously shorten the symptom improvement time of ICP patients, improve their liver function and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
