Impact of Cyclophosphamide on the T Lymphocyte Subsets and Renal Function of Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome
Objective To analyze the effect of cyclophosphamide in the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 102 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given basic treatment+symptomatic treatment, and the cyclophosphamide group was given cyclophosphamide treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets and renal function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the cyclophosphamide group was 88.24%,higher than 70.59%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of CD4+of the cyclophosphamide group was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of CD8+,Scr and BUN were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cyclophosphamide in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has significant effect, which can correct the disorder of T lymphocyte subsets and improve the renal function of patients.
