摘要
目的 探讨阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果和安全性.方法 80 例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,参照组接受利培酮治疗,研究组接受阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗,比较两组的疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗 12 周后,研究组的PANSS评分、MOAS评分均低于参照组,WAIS-RC评分均高于参照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗可明显促进精神分裂症患者的临床症状改善,提高其认知功能,控制其暴力行为.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was treated with aripiprazole combined with risperidone.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the PANSS scores and MOAS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the WAIS-RC scores were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Aripiprazole combined with risperidone treatment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,improve their cognitive function,and control their violent behavior.
