中药熏洗联合中医康复指导对脑卒中偏瘫患者的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨中药熏洗联合中医康复指导治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果.方法 80 例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组给予运动训练疗法,观察组给予中药熏洗联合中医康复指导,比较两组的疗效、康复结局、肢体运动能力、生活自理能力.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率、平衡功能评分、单次行走距离、FMA评分、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中药熏洗联合中医康复指导治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者可缓解其临床症状,提高其平衡能力与肢体运动能力,改善其生活自理能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received exercise training therapy,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance.The efficacy,rehabilitation outcome,limb motor ability and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,balance function score,single walking distance,FMA score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia can alleviate their clinical symptoms,improve their balance ability and limb motor ability,and improve their self-care ability.
