Impact of Different Surgical Methods on the Anal Function of Patients with High Complex Anal Fistula
Objective To explore the effects of traditional incision-thread-drawing surgery and incision-seton selective suture surgery in the treatment of patients with high complex anal fistula. Methods 84 patients with high complex anal fistula were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. The control group was treated with traditional incision-thread-drawing surgery, while the study group was treated with incision-seton selective suture surgery. The therapeutic effect, pain degree, anal function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score at 7 days after surgery, the Wexner score at 6 months after surgery and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional incision-thread-drawing surgery,incision-seton selective suture surgery is more effective in the treatment of patients with high complex anal fistula, which can reduce the pain degree, improve anal function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients.
