Effect of Kaiqiao Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Convalescent Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effect of Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with convalescent ischemic stroke(IS)hemiplegia.Methods 106 patients with convalescent IS hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with limb rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,neurological function,limb function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of S-100β and NSE were lower than those of the control group,and the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs,and BI score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with convalescent IS hemiplegia has good effect,which can improve patients'neurological function and limb function,and improve their self-care ability.
