Effect of Jinshuibao Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency
Objective To observe the effect of Jinshuibao combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to parity order,with 40 cases in each group.In addition to basic treatment,the control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with Jinshuibao.The efficacy,blood lipids,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,TG,TC,BUN,Scr,BUA and 24 h urine protein were lower than those of the control group,and HDL-C and Ccr were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Jinshuibao combined with nifedipine can improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal insufficiency,regulate blood lipid levels,and improve the therapeutic effect and safety.
