补肾壮骨汤对老年下肢骨折术后患者肢体功能及骨折愈合的影响

摘要
目的 探讨补肾壮骨汤在老年下肢骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法 86 例老年下肢骨折患者分为两组.术后,对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾壮骨汤.比较两组的疗效、骨代谢、下肢功能及骨折愈合时间.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,BMD、s-OC、下肢FMA评分均高于对照组,BALP、TRACP-5b均低于对照组,术后骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 补肾壮骨汤可调节老年下肢骨折患者的骨代谢指标,缩短骨折愈合时间,改善其下肢功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction in elderly patients after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods 86 elderly patients with lower limb fracture were divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given Bushen Zhuanggu decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,bone metabolism,lower limb function and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,BMD,s-OC and lower limb FMA score were higher than those of the control group,BALP and TRACP-5b were lower than those of the control group,and the postoperative fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bushen Zhuanggu decoction can regulate the bone metabolism indicators of elderly patients with lower limb fracture,shorten the fracture healing time and improve their lower limb function.
