Clinical Study of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Modified Xinglou Chengqi Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Stroke
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke.Methods 96 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the reference group was treated with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction,and the study group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction.The clinical efficacy,daily living ability and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,significantly higher than 81.25%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BI score,upper limb FMA score and lower limb FMA score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke has significant effect,and can obviously improve the daily living ability and limb function of patients.
