Impact of Danqi Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Treatment on the Inflammatory Reaction and Renal Function of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 94 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with alprostadil+benazepril,and the study group was treated with Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the reference group.The inflammatory factors and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α,24-hour urinary protein quantification,24-hour microprotein excretion and UACR in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment can obviously relieve the inflammatory reaction of patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve their renal function.
