间苯三酚联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗妊娠合并急性胃肠炎的效果观察

摘要
目的 观察间苯三酚联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗妊娠合并急性胃肠炎患者的临床效果.方法 60 例妊娠合并急性胃肠炎患者分为两组,对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用间苯三酚联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组的疗效、症状改善时间、不良反应.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,恶心呕吐、腹泻、腹痛改善时间均短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 间苯三酚联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗妊娠合并急性胃肠炎的效果显著,可快速缓解患者的症状,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with pregnancy complicated with acute gastroenteritis.Methods 60 patients with pregnancy complicated with acute gastroenteritis were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,and the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol combined with esomeprazole.The efficacy,symptom improvement time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the improvement time of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and abdominal pain were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phloroglucinol combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute gastroenteritis has significant effect and high safety,and can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients.
