Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection Assisted with Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura
Objective To analyze the effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection assisted with glucocorticoid in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods A total of 82 children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid(methylprednisolone)on the basis of routine therapy, and the combined treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, immunoglobulin levels and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum IgG,IgM,IL-4 and IL-6 of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin injection assisted with glucocorticoid in the treatment of allergic purpura can enhance the efficacy, significantly regulate the immune function of children, and inhibit the inflammatory response.
