摘要
目的 分析复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助糖皮质激素治疗过敏性紫癜的效果.方法 选取 2019年 4 月至2023 年 5 月我院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿 82例,随机分为两组各 41 例.对照组在常规治疗基础上给予糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙治疗,联治组在对照组基础上给予复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗.比较两组的疗效、免疫球蛋白水平以及炎性因子水平.结果 联治组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,联治组的血清IgG、IgM、IL-4、IL-6 水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助糖皮质激素治疗过敏性紫癜可增强疗效,显著调节患儿的免疫功能,抑制炎性反应.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection assisted with glucocorticoid in the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods A total of 82 children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid(methylprednisolone)on the basis of routine therapy,and the combined treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,immunoglobulin levels and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgG,IgM,IL-4 and IL-6 of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin injection assisted with glucocorticoid in the treatment of allergic purpura can enhance the efficacy,significantly regulate the immune function of children,and inhibit the inflammatory response.
