摘要
目的 探讨基于标准化沟通模式的优质护理应用于阴道镜宫颈活检患者的效果.方法 60 例行阴道镜宫颈活检的患者随机分为两组,参照组采用常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上采用基于标准化沟通模式的优质护理,比较两组的心理状态、检查依从性.结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组,检查依从率高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 基于标准化沟通模式的优质护理可明显缓解阴道镜宫颈活检患者的负性情绪,提高患者的检查依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing based on standardized communication mode applied in patients with colposcopic cervical biopsy.Methods 60 patients with colposcopic cervical biopsy were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing based on standardized communication mode on the basis of the reference group.The psychological status and examination compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the examination compliance rate was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing based on standardized communication mode can obviously relieve the negative emotions of patients with colposcopic cervical biopsy,and improve their examination compliance.
