Application of Positive Emotional Psychological Intervention Based on Resourcefulness Theory in Perianal Abscess Disease
Objective To explore the application effect of positive emotional psychological intervention based on resourcefulness theory in patients after perianal abscess disease surgery.Methods 89 patients with perianal abscess disease after surgery were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received positive emotional psychological intervention based on resourcefulness theory on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,coping style and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the BAI and BDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOL-74 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Positive emotional psychological intervention based on resourcefulness theory can relieve the negative emotions of patients after perianal abscess disease surgery,improve their coping styles,and improve their quality of life.
