目的 探讨产时胎心监护结合心理护理在分娩产妇中的应用效果.方法 选取 2016 年 11月至 2020 年 11 月在我院分娩的产妇 126 例,随机分为两组各 63 例.参照组产妇采用常规护理干预,观察组在参照组基础上采用产时胎心监护结合心理护理干预.比较两组的产妇并发症、新生儿1 min Apgar评分以及新生儿不良事件.结果 观察组产妇的并发症总发生率明显低于参照组,新生儿 1 min Apgar评分明显高于参照组,新生儿不良事件总发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 产时胎心监护结合心理护理在分娩产妇中应用效果显著,可明显提高新生儿 1 min Apgar评分,减少产妇并发症和新生儿不良事件的发生.
Application of Intrapartum Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring Combined with Psychological Nursing in Delivery Women
Objective To explore the application effect of intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing in delivery women.Methods A total of 126 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The maternal complications,neonatal 1 min Apgar score and neonatal adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the neonatal 1 min Apgar score was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the total incidence of neonatal adverse events was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing has significant application effect in delivery women,which can obviously improve the neonatal 1 min Apgar score,and reduce the occurrence of maternal complications and neonatal adverse events.
