综合护理在脑血管造影患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 观察综合护理应用于脑血管造影患者的效果.方法 70例脑血管造影患者按照入组顺序分为两组各 35 例,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组的负性情绪、舒适度、并发症.结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,GCQ各维度评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理可减轻脑血管造影患者的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的舒适度.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing applied in patients with cerebral angiography.Methods 70 patients with cerebral angiography were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The negative emotions,comfort degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of each dimension of GCQ were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can relieve the negative emotions of patients with cerebral angiography,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the comfort degree of patients.
