Application of Predictive Nursing Intervention in Patients with High Risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome
Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing intervention in patients with high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods 90 patients with high risk of OHSS were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing. The incidence of moderate and severe OHSS,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of moderate and severe OHSS and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of moderate and severe OHSS in patients with high risk of OHSS,reduce related complications and improve their quality of life.
