时空理念指导的情景模拟模式在冠心病患者中的应用

摘要
目的 观察时空理念指导的情景模拟模式用于冠心病(CHD)患者的价值.方法 168 例CHD患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用时空理念指导的情景模拟模式,比较两组的自护能力、不良情绪及生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组的ESCA各维度评分、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 时空理念指导的情景模拟模式可提高CHD患者的自护能力,缓解其不良情绪,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the value of situation simulation mode guided by space-time concept applied in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 168 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given situation simulation mode guided by space-time concept on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of ESCA dimensions and quality of life dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Situation simulation mode guided by space-time concept can improve the self-care ability of CHD patients,alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
