Observation on the Effect of Incentive Belief Intervention in Operating Room Nursing of Patients Undergoing Radical Resec-tion of Ovarian Cancer
Objective To observe the effect of incentive belief intervention in operating room nursing of patients undergoing radical resection of ovarian cancer. Methods 86 patients undergoing radical resection of ovarian cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The routine nursing group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given incentive belief intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The negative emotions, stress response and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before anesthesia, the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).During the surgery, the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the study group was 2.33%,lower than 13.95%of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of incentive belief intervention in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing radical resection of ovarian cancer can relieve their negative emotions, stabilize intraoperative vital signs and reduce postoperative complications.
