营养支持综合护理对胃癌术后患者营养状态及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 观察营养支持综合护理在胃癌术后患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月我院收治的88 例胃癌手术患者,随机分为两组各 44 例.术后,对照组采用标准营养护理,观察组采用营养支持综合护理.比较两组的营养状态和生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组的ALB、PA水平高于对照组,生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 营养支持综合护理可改善胃癌术后患者的营养状态,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nutritional support nursing in patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods 88 patients with gastric cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given standard nutritional nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nutritional support nursing.The nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of ALB and PA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of dimensions of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nutritional support nursing can improve the nutritional status of patients after gastric cancer surgery and improve their quality of life.
