Impact of Predictive Nursing on Rehabilitation and Complications of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis During Hospitalization Pe-riod
Objective To explore the impact of predictive nursing on rehabilitation and complications of patients with liver cirrhosis during hospitalization period. Methods 100 hospitalized patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing. The compliance behavior, liver function indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the proportions of reasonable diet, regular work and rest, and self-monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of ALT and AST,and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can improve the compliance behavior of patients with liver cirrhosis during hospitalization period, improve their liver function, and reduce the risk of complications.
