Relationships of PNI with Clinical Features and Prognosis of Patients with Colorectal Cancer
Objective To explore the impact of peripheral nerve invasion(PNI)on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 196 patients with colorectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features and detection of PNI were recorded, and the relationships of PNI with the clinical features and prognosis of patients were discussed. Results Cox analysis showed that tumor differentiation degree, tumor N stage, vascular tumor thrombus and PNI were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of PNI in patients with colorectal cancer is closely related to their clinical features, and PNI is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
