Analysis on the Occurrence of Intestinal Obstruction After Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients with Cervical Cancer and Its Influencing Factors
Objective To explore the occurrence of intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with cervical cancer and its influencing factors. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with cervical cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The occurrence of postoperative intestinal obstruction was counted, and the influencing factors for the occurrence of intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed. Results Within 1 month after laparoscopic surgery,12 cases(15.79%)of 76 patients with cervical cancer had intestinal obstruction.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis showed that inadequate preoperative bowel preparation, unreasonable postoperative diet, and history of water and electrolyte disorders were risk factors for the occurrence of intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with cervical cancer(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The risk of intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with cervical cancer is high. The occurrence of intestinal obstruction is closely related to inadequate preoperative bowel preparation, unreasonable postoperative diet, and history of water and electrolyte disorders.
