Analysis on the Correlation of Coagulation Indicators and Platelet Parameters with the Occurrence of Bleeding Events in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Objective To analyze the correlation of coagulation indicators and platelet parameters with the occurrence of bleeding events in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods The clinical data of 96 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the occurrence of bleeding events, the children were divided into bleeding group and non-bleeding group. The levels of PT,D-D,PLT and MPV were compared between the two groups, and the correlations of PT,D-D,PLT and MPV with the occurrence of bleeding events were analyzed. Results The levels of PT and D-D in the bleeding group were significantly higher than those in the non-bleeding group, and the levels of PLT and MPV were significantly lower than those in the non-bleeding group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that PT,D-D,PLT and MPV were the influencing factors for the occurrence of bleeding events in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of bleeding events in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia is closely related to their coagulation indicators and platelet parameters.Clinical intervention measures should be formulated in time according to the detection results of coagulation indicators and platelet parameters of children to reduce the occurrence of bleeding events.
