Treatment Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Alveolar Lavage Combined with Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation on Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the treatment effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with respiratory failure(RF).Methods 80 patients with AECOPD complicated with RF were randomly divided into single group(40 cases)and combined group(40 cases). In addition to routine treatment, the single group was treated with NIPPV,and the combined group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage combined with NIPPV.The clinical efficacy, heart rate, respiratory rate and dyspnea degree(mMRC score)were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50%in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment, the heart rate, respiratory rate and mMRC score of the two groups decreased, and the heart rate, respiratory rate and mMRC score of the combined group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage combined with NIPPV has significant effect in the treatment of patients with AECOPD complicated with RF,and can significantly improve the heart rate, respiratory rate and dyspnea degree.
