DWI-MRI,DCE-MRI and Combined Model in the Assessment of Radiochemotherapy Effect of Advanced Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Objective To explore the effect of DWI-MRI,DCE-MRI and combined model in the assessment of radiochemotherapy of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 57 patients diagnosed as advanced esophageal squamous carcinoma in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into effective group(42 cases)and ineffective group(15 cases)according to radiochemotherapy effect. The DCE-MRI and DWI-MRI parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The Ktrans and Kep before treatment of the effective group were higher than those during treatment(P<0.05).The Ktrans during treatment of the effective group was higher than that of the ineffective group, and the ADC before treatment and during treatment were higher than those of the ineffective group(P<0.05).The ΔADC of the effective group was higher than that of the ineffective group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of Ktrans combined with ADC during treatment for prediction was 0.873,with highest prediction efficacy. Conclusions DWI-MRI,DCE-MRI and combined model can provide a reliable basis for the assessment of radiochemotherapy effect of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
