Effect of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Resection Combined with Goserelin in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with goserelin in the treatment of endometrial polyps(EP).Methods 60 EP patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the parity order. The control group received hysteroscopic resection, while the observation group received hysteroscopic cold knife resection. Both groups was treated with goserelin after operation. The operation indicators,PBAC score, adverse reactions and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative vaginal blood loss were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation, the PBAC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate at 12 months after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with goserelin has ideal effect in the treatment of EP,with light trauma to the body and high safety, and can improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
