Analysis on the Value of MRI-SWI in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Hemorrhagic Lesions
Objective To explore the value of MRI-susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhagic lesions. Methods 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhagic lesions admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected, and given routine MRI and SWI scanning. The detection of cerebral hemorrhagic lesions and etiology were compared between two methods, and the value of SWI in the evaluation of cerebral hemorrhage prognosis was analyzed. Results The detection rates of bleeding and microbleeding of MRI-SWI were higher than those of routine MRI,and the bleeding area and blood loss were higher than those of routine MRI(P<0.05).The detection rate of special causes of cerebral hemorrhage by MRI-SWI was higher than that by routine MRI(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that MRI-SWI bleeding area and blood loss were negatively correlated with GCS and GOS scores(P<0.05).Conclusions MRI-SWI can detect the microbleeding lesions, and accurately measure the bleeding area and blood loss, which has higher value in determining the cause of cerebral hemorrhage, and can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
