Effect of Bilevel Positive Pressure Ventilation Combined with Porcine Phospholipid Support in the Treatment of NRDS
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP)combined with porcine phospholipid support in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 88 NRDS children admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method. The control group was treated with porcine phospholipid injection, and the observation group was treated with BiPAP on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary ventilation function, blood gas index and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PaO2 and SaO2 of the two groups increased, and the MAP,PEEP and PaCO2 decreased(P<0.05);the PaO2 and SaO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of B and NK cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions BiPAP combined with porcine phospholipid injection has ideal effect in the treatment of NRDS children, which can improve the pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas index, and enhance the immune function.
