摘要
目的 探讨糖皮质激素配合鼻内镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者临床症状与炎性指标水平的影响.方法 将92例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组.观察组采用糖皮质激素配合鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组采用单纯鼻内镜手术治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、鼻黏液纤毛清除功能、炎性指标.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组糖精清除时间短于对照组,黏液纤毛清除率与黏液纤毛清除速度高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组PCT、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 糖皮质激素配合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果显著,可缩短患者病症消退时间,改善鼻腔功能,缓解机体炎性反应,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic nasal surgery on clinical symptoms and levels of inflammatory indicators in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 92 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with endoscopic surgery.The treatment effect,nasal mucus cilia clearance function,and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the removal time of saccharin in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the clearance rate and clearance speed of mucocilia were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Glucocorticoids combined with nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis has significant clinical effect,and can shorten the disease resolution time,improve the nasal function,and alleviate the body inflammatory response,which is worthy of promotion and application.
