Impact of Compulsory Exercise Therapy Combined with Acupuncture on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Muscle Disuse Atrophy
Objective To explore the impact of compulsory exercise therapy combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation of patients with muscle disuse atrophy. Methods 100 patients with muscle disuse atrophy were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment, and the study group was given compulsory exercise therapy combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The muscle strength recovery, motor function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of muscle strength recovery in the study group was 90.00%,higher than 56.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the FMA and ADL scores of the two groups increased, and the FMA and ADL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compulsory exercise therapy combined with acupuncture can significantly promote the muscle strength recovery in patients with muscle disuse atrophy, and improve the motor function and daily living ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
