Impact of Respiratory Function Exercise Combined with Nebulization Therapy on Lung Function and Exercise Tolerance in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the impact of respiratory function exercise combined with nebulization therapy on lung function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 320 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 160 cases in each group.Both groups received nebulization therapy.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group.The lung function and exercise tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the lung function and exercise tolerance of the two groups increased,and the lung function and exercise tolerance of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Respiratory function exercise combined with nebulization therapy has better effect in COPD patients,and can improve the lung function and exercise tolerance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
