摘要

目的 探讨呼吸功能锻炼联合雾化治疗对慢阻肺(COPD)患者肺功能及运动耐量的影响.方法 选择2023年2月至2023年10月我院收治的COPD患者320例,随机分为两组各160例.两组均予以雾化治疗,对照组采用常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用呼吸功能锻炼.比较两组的肺功能、运动耐量.结果 干预后,两组的肺功能、运动耐量均升高,且研究组肺功能、运动耐量高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 呼吸功能锻炼联合雾化治疗对COPD患者的效果较好,可改善其肺功能及运动耐量,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of respiratory function exercise combined with nebulization therapy on lung function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 320 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 160 cases in each group.Both groups received nebulization therapy.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group.The lung function and exercise tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the lung function and exercise tolerance of the two groups increased,and the lung function and exercise tolerance of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Respiratory function exercise combined with nebulization therapy has better effect in COPD patients,and can improve the lung function and exercise tolerance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
