正清丸结合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Zhengqing Pills Combined with Flunarizine in the Treatment of Migraine

摘要
目的 观察正清丸结合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果.方法 选择2022年3月至2023年9月我院收治的152例偏头痛患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各76例.对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组采用正清丸结合氟桂利嗪治疗,观察两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分(头痛而胀、头重如裹、口苦恶心、口淡少食、胸脘满闷)和不良反应.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.37％,明显高于对照组的88.16％(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的中医证候积分明显下降,且观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为2.63％,明显低于对照组的11.84％(P＜0.05).结论 正清丸结合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果较好,可改善患者的症状,且不良反应较少,治疗安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Zhengqing pills combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods 152 migraine patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the observation group was treated with Zhengqing pills combined with flunarizine.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(headache and distension,head weight such as binding,bitter mouth nausea,light mouth and little food,full chest cavity tightness)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37％,significantly higher than 88.16％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups significantly decreased,and the scores of TCM symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.63％,significantly lower than 11.84％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Zhengqing pills combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine has better effect,and can improve patients'symptoms with fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
