Application Effect of Specific Proportion High-Dose Component Blood Transfusion Scheme in the Rescue of Critically Ⅲ Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of specific proportion high-dose component blood transfusion scheme in the rescue of critically ill patients. Methods 104 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into reference group(n=52)and study group(n=52).The reference group used high-dose whole blood transfusion scheme, and the study group used with specific proportion high-dose component blood transfusion scheme. The blood transfusion related indicators, coagulation function and adverse blood transfusion reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The frozen plasma input, red blood cell input and platelet input of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).24 hours after blood transfusion, the PT and APTT of the study group were longer than those of the reference group, and the FIB level was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse blood transfusion reactions in the study group was 7.69%,lower than 25.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Specific proportion high-dose component blood transfusion scheme in the rescue of critically ill patients has better application effect, and can effectively save blood resources, reduce the impact on coagulation function of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse blood transfusion reactions.
