Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum CA199,TSH and β-HCG Levels for Endometrial Cancer
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),thyroid hormone(TSH)and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(8-HCG)levels for endometrial cancer. Methods 80 patients with endometrial cancer diagnosed in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected as study group,60 volunteers with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group, and the serum CA199,TSH andβ-HCG levels were detected. The diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum CA199,TSH and β-HCG for endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results The serum CA199,TSH and β-HCG levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group, the serum CA199,TSH and β-HCG levels of patients with G3 were higher than those of patients with G2 and G1,and those of patients with G2 were higher than those of patients with G1(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of combined detection of serum CA199,TSH andβ-HCG in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer was 0.975,higher than that of each single index. Conclusions The changes of serum CA199,TSH and β-HCG levels can fully reflect the status of patients with endometrial cancer, and the combined detection has higher diagnostic value for endometrial cancer.
