Analysis on the Relationship between the Expressions of Serum TRF,AFU,5'-NT and the Prognosis of Patients with Primary Liver Cancer
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expressions of serum transferrin(TRF),α-L-fucosidase(AFU),5-nucleotidase(5'-NT)and the prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods 60 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy people in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The observation group was followed up for 1 year after treatment, and divided into poor prognosis group(n=20)and good prognosis group(n=40)according to their prognosis. The serum TRF,AFU and 5'-NT levels of the observation group and the control group, poor prognosis group and good prognosis group were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze the predictive value of serum TRF,AFU and 5'-NT levels on the prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer. Results The serum TRF level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the serum AFU and 5'-NT levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum TRF level of the poor prognosis group was lower than that of the good prognosis group, and the serum AFU and 5'-NT levels were higher than those of the good prognosis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that decreased serum TRF level, and increased serum AFU and 5'-NT levels were independent influencing factors for poor prognosis of primary liver cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of serum TRF,AFU and 5'-NT in patients with primary liver cancer are associated with their prognosis. The abnormal decrease of serum TRF level and the abnormal increase of serum AFU and 5'-NT level may predict the poor prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer.
