Clinical Effect of Isosorbide Dinitrate Combined with Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure and the Impact on the Cardiac Function
Objective To explore the clinical effect of isosorbide dinitrate combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with heart failure and the impact on the cardiac function.Methods 62 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(31 cases,treated with isosorbide dinitrate)and study group(31 cases,treated with isosorbide dinitrate combined with Danhong injection).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.77％,higher than 74.19％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups decreased,and the LVEF increased(P＜0.05);the LVEDD and LVESD of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 12.90％,which had no statistical difference with 9.68％in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusions Isosorbide dinitrate combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with heart failure can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function of patients,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
