益生菌补剂联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨益生菌补剂联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的临床效果.方法 将2021年1月至2023年1月收治的96例NAFLD患者随机分为两组各48例.对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,观察组采用益生菌补剂联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗.比较两组患者的肠道菌群、氧化应激指标(SOD、MDA)、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗8周后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数高于对照组,肠杆菌、肠球菌数低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗8周后,观察组血清SOD水平低于对照组,MDA水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗期间,两组患者均无明显药物不良反应.结论 益生菌补剂联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗NAFLD患者可更明显改善其肠道菌群状态及氧化应激损伤,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 96 NAFLD patients from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine,and the observation group was treated with probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine.The intestinal flora,oxidative stress indicators(SOD,MDA)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of enterobacteria and enterococcus was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum SOD level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MDA level was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,no obvious adverse drug reactions was found in the two groups.Conclusions Probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of NAFLD patients can significantly improve the intestinal flora status and oxidative stress injury,which is safe and reliable.
