Clinical Study on Probiotics Supplement Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine in the Treatment of Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 96 NAFLD patients from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the observation group was treated with probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine. The intestinal flora, oxidative stress indicators(SOD,MDA)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the number of enterobacteria and enterococcus was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the serum SOD level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MDA level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no obvious adverse drug reactions was found in the two groups. Conclusions Probiotics supplement combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of NAFLD patients can significantly improve the intestinal flora status and oxidative stress injury, which is safe and reliable.
