Application Study of Venous Blood CD4 Detection in the Early Screening of AIDS Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of venous blood CD4+detection in the early screening of AIDS patients. Methods 200 AIDS patients with physical examination in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as observation group, and another 200 healthy people with physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. The CD4+T lymphocyte count and viral load(VL)levels of two groups were detected, and the observation group were grouped according to the CD4+T lymphocyte count test results. The CD4+T lymphocyte count was compared between the observation group and the control group. The VL of the four subgroups were compared, and the correlation between the CD4+T lymphocyte count and VL was analyzed based on the detection results. Results The number of CD4+T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).From group A to group D,the VL level of AIDS patients showed a gradually decreasing trend(F=13.450,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the CD4+T lymphocyte count had significant negative correlation with VL level(r=-0.604,P=0.007).Conclusions During the AIDS,with the number of CD4-T lymphocytes increases, the VL level gradually decreases.Detection of CD4+T lymphocyte count and VL level in AIDS patients can clarify the occurrence of AIDS,and evaluate the disease severity.
