Influence of Transvaginal Forceps Clamp and Hemabate Injection on the Stress Response and Postoperative Rehabilitation
Objective To observe the influence of transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection on stress response and postoperative recovery. Methods 120 hemorrhage puerperae after vaginal delivery in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(treated with Hemabate)and study group(treated with transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection)equally. The physiological stress indicators, clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After 24 h of treatment,no statistical difference was found in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective hemostasis time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the average blood loss was lower than that of the control group, and the hemoglobin at 24 h of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection have little influence on the stress response of postpartum hemorrhage puerperae, and can reduce the adverse reactions caused by postpartum hemorrhage, which is conducive to the postoperative recovery.
