清肺化痰方联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床研究
Clinical Study on Qingfei Huatan Decoction Combined with Procaterol in the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia Asthma Cough

摘要
目的 探讨清肺化痰方联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果.方法 将78例肺炎喘嗽患儿根据治疗方法不同分为参照组(39例,接受丙卡特罗治疗)和研究组(39例,接受清肺化痰方联合丙卡特罗治疗).比较两组的临床疗效、气道细胞因子(TIMP-1、TGF-β1、MMP-9)水平及不良反应.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.87％,高于参照组的79.49％(P＜0.05).治疗7 d后,研究组血清TIMP-1水平高于参照组,TGF-β1、MMP-9水平低于参照组(P＜0.05).治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率为0.00％,与参照组的2.56％比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 清肺化痰方联合丙卡特罗用于治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽效果显著,可明显减轻患儿的气道高反应性,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with procaterol in the treatment of children with pneumonia asthma cough.Methods 78 children with pneumonia asthma cough were divided into reference group(39 cases,treated with procaterol)and study group(39 cases,treated with Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with procaterol)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,levels of airway cytokines(TIMP-1,TGF-β1,MMP-9)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.87％,higher than 79.49％in the reference group(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the serum TIMP-1 level of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the TGF-β1 and MMP-9 levels were lower than those of the reference group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 0.00％,which had no statistical difference with 2.56％in the reference group(P＞0.05).Conclusions Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with procaterol has significant effect in the treatment of children with pneumonia asthma cough,which can significantly reduce the airway hyperresponsiveness of children,and is safe and reliable.
