Antihypertensive Effect and Drug Safety of Nifedipine Combined with Phloroglucinol on Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy
Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect and safety of nifedipine combined with phloroglucinol in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods 80 HDP patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment order. The control group was treated with phloroglucinol, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with phloroglucinol. The blood pressure, placental blood flow indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SBP and DBP of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TAV of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the PI,RI and S/D were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nifedipine combined with phloroglucinol is safe and reliable in the treatment of HDP,which can reduce patients'blood pressure, improve the placental blood flow supply, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
