Comparative Study on Sedation Effect of Different Doses of Remimazolam during Hip Arthroplasty
Objective To xompare the sedation effect of different doses of remimazolam during hip arthroplasty. Methods 72 patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 36 cases in each group. Both groups were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Group A was given continuous infusion of 3 μg kg-1·min-1 of remimazolam, and group B was given continuous infusion of 4 μg·kg1·min1 of remimazolam. The perioperative indicators, sedation effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The eye opening time, extubation time and orientation recovery time of group A were significantly shorter than those of group B(P<0.05).5 min,15 min,30 min and 60 min after sedation, the BIS values of the two groups were significantly lower than those before block and after plane fixation(P<0.05).15 min after sedation, the BIS value of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with intraoperative infusion of 4 μg·kg-1·min-1,infusion of 3 μg·kg1·min-1 of remimazolam has good sedation effect, short recovery time and higher safety.
